Festival History: Since the Fall of 1999, the Mill Creek Jazz Festival has served as a hugely beneficial education Jazz Festival. It has served dozens of band programs and thousands of students, providing performance opportunities and in-depth clinics with top level jazz musicians and educators. The Mill Creek Jazz Festival had been paused between 2019 and 2021, but returned in 2022 as the Possession Sound Jazz Festival. We relocated to the Everett Civic Auditorium and renamed the festival in order to reflect our change of venue and starting a new chapter. Past Clinicians include: Chris Bruya, Cassio Vianna, Kate Olson, Marina Christopher, Marina Albero, Meghan Wagner, Freddy Fuego, Greg Williamson, Rob Tapper, Deb Schaaf.
